Information we collect

When you request a free checklist or contact us, we collect the information you provide, typically your first name and email address. We do not collect a phone number through the checklist download form, and we do not request consent for automated calls or text messages there.

How we use your email

We use your email address to deliver the specific resource you requested. Downloading a checklist is not treated as consent to receive marketing email.

Marketing email (occasional insurance education, coverage reminders, and agency updates) is sent only if you check the optional consent box. That choice is stored separately from your resource request, is unchecked by default, and can be withdrawn at any time. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our accurate sender name and mailing information.

Sharing and security

We never sell your information. We share it only with licensed carriers or service providers as needed to answer your request, and we store it using access-controlled systems.

Website chat

Our website includes a chat window provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), a third-party communication service. If you start a chat, the information you type, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message, is sent to and stored by that service so we can reply to you. The chat also stores a conversation identifier and your message history in your browser so your conversation continues if you move between pages, and the provider sets a security cookie on its own domain to protect against automated abuse. It does not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. If you do not open the chat, no chat information is collected.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location, referring website, and interactions with website features. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and process this information.

We use this data to monitor website performance, identify technical problems, and improve website content. We do not intentionally send contact-form entries, insurance information, or other sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.
