Dantzler Health Solutions is an independent licensed agency founded by La Jon Dantzler with one goal: to make Medicare and health coverage feel less like a sales pitch and more like a conversation with someone who actually explains things.
Our story
After watching family and friends get pushed into the wrong policies year after year, usually because nobody took the time to explain the difference, La Jon set out to build something different: an agency that earns trust by teaching first.
Today, Dantzler Health Solutions helps people turning 65, current Medicare members, families on the marketplace, self-employed professionals, and the adult children helping a parent decide. Wherever you are in that list, we start with the same question: what do you already understand, and what should we walk through together?

About La Jon
La Jon Dantzler is the Founder of Dantzler Health Solutions and a licensed Life & Health Insurance professional based in Orlando, Florida. His work centers on helping individuals and families understand ACA Marketplace coverage, Medicare, life insurance, and other health coverage options in clear, practical terms.
His background extends beyond insurance and includes education in government, nonprofit leadership, financial-services advocacy, business consulting, and community engagement. His professional development includes the NAIFA Financial Security Advocate program, USIDHR Certified Business Consultant training, UCF Government Academy, City of Orlando Government Academy, Mayor's City Academy, and nonprofit board-service education through Rollins College.
La Jon founded Dantzler Health Solutions around a simple belief: insurance should feel personal.
Rather than beginning with a product, he begins with the person: their doctors, prescriptions, finances, family, concerns, and goals.
